Donation Policy

Sanveda Global Humanitarian Foundation works towards humanitarian and social welfare activities. Donations made through our website are used to support these initiatives.

All donations are voluntary and are used for charitable purposes.

Refund Policy

As donations are made for charitable purposes, they are generally non-refundable.

However, in the case of an accidental or duplicate donation, a refund request may be considered if:

• The request is made within 7 days of the donation, and
• The donor provides valid transaction details.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Cancellation

Once a donation is successfully completed, it cannot normally be cancelled. If a donor believes a transaction was made in error, they should contact us immediately.
